Vision

At Kidz N Cameras, our vision is to create a world where every young person has the opportunity to express themselves and feel seen—regardless of their background or circumstances. We use photography as a tool for emotional expression, storytelling, and personal growth—not as a path to becoming a professional photographer, but as a way for youth to connect with their own voice.

Our work includes weekend and day workshops, summer camps, school and detention center visits, and an annual youth photo contest. We've partnered with organizations like the Fayetteville Public Library, Benton County Juvenile Detention Center, and Big Brothers Big Sisters to bring hands-on photography experiences to youth from all walks of life.

As we grow, we’re expanding our monthly workshops, deepening our partnerships, and serving as a creative resource for organizations that work with youth. Through every camera we place in a child’s hands, we’re opening the door to confidence, self-expression, and the power of being truly seen.

Mission

Kidz N Cameras exists to give every young person the opportunity to express themselves through photography. We provide access to high-quality photography education and resources for youth of all backgrounds—including those from low-income families, teens in juvenile detention, and any child with a passion for visual storytelling. Our goal isn’t to create the next great photographer, but to help young people explore their emotions, tell their stories, and build confidence through creative expression. Photography is our medium—expression is our mission.
